Impact Report 2020-2024

Like most NOW chapters, Mass NOW has been largely volunteer-led for over 50 years, but in 2020 we transitioned to a staff-led model. In the last four years, we’ve grown to the largest in our history.

Not only has our staff grown, but we’ve expanded our team of interns, volunteers, our legislative agenda, research, and programming. We’ve diversified our revenue streams through grants, sponsorships, and contributions by building strong relationships with foundations, individuals, and local government, which allowed us to increase our staff capacity and improve volunteer engagement.
