Our Period Art Pop-Ups convene creatives through an art show that celebrates, reclaims, explores menstruation and the theme ‘the personal is political.’ Period Pop Up shows have occurred all over Boston, from the State House to local spots in Jamaica Plain.

The goal of the Period Art Pop Ups is taking menstruation out of the closet and spreading awareness around menstrual equity. We invite all creatives; visual artists, musicians, spoken word performers, to participate in the pop up art shows to celebrate, reclaim, explore & question periods, menstruation and the theme ‘the personal is political.’
