Ever wish you could DO something?

Yesterday, youth from around Massachusetts brought together an intergenerational crowd to Rally to End Period Poverty, demanding legislators bring a comprehensive menstrual equity bill to a vote in the House. People shared stories about bleeding through pants, missing school or work because they didn't have a menstrual product and about the organizing being done local communities statewide to pass and implement period policy and feminist policy. Watch the speakers on Facebook, and photos and videos on Instagram and TikTok

At the same time, we learned of the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas and are mourning the 21 lives lost because of senseless gun laws. Mass NOW believes in reproductive justice, which includes fighting for people be able to live and raise their families in safe, healthy communities without the threat of gun violence. Today and everyday we commit ourselves to fighting for policy and change. Join us to talk about our intersectional feminist policy agenda at tonight's chapter meeting or at another virtual or in person event sometime soon.

If you're feeling like you need to DO something, check out some of the upcoming opportunities. There's something for everyone!
