Violencia is a Boston based trans drag queen who's has been in the business for 15 years. You can catch her all around boston hosting and performing at multiple different venues. Returning for another year at the feminist affair Brae Edwards grew up in Detroit Michigan and spent many years doing competitive dance, spending her early adulthood translating dance into drag they have found a place in drag where they can share and express their own special brand of gender expression, love and joy.

  • The theme is "cocktail creative." We want you to wear what you feel best in. Most folks will be wearing cocktail-style clothes with a bit of an extra fun flair to them. Think bright colors and fun patterns!

  • Hibernian Hall is located in Nubian Square in Roxbury. Numerous Boston busses can take you to Dudley Station, or it is a 15 minute walk from Roxbury Crossing on the Orange line.

    There are four parking lot options:

    • Hibernian Hall back lot, off Ziegler Street, off Harrison Ave. Folx may park in Madison Park slots after 5 pm.

    • The Peking House parking

    • On-street – there are two-hour day parking in front and behind Hibernian Hall

    • Mr. G.’s is approximately a 4-minute walk away from Harrison Avenue. 2-hour daytime parking and open parking at night.

  • No! This event is a celebration of our feminist community and the progress we have made together this year. We will be joined by State Representatives and State Senators, but it is not a politically affiliated event.

  • The event will include lite bites from Lincoln, Hunters and Capo (Broadway Hospitality Group). However, attendees from last year's event agree that you will not leave hungry!

    Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options will be provided.

  • We love tiny feminists, but this event isn't designed for all ages! We encourage you to leave the really young feminists at home.
